Rebuilding a greener Arlen Hill: Low traffic neighbourhoods

Closes 23 Oct 2026

Opened 6 Oct 2023

Overview

This is an example activity for demonstration purposes only. This site is operated by Delib Ltd and submitted responses will be discarded.

Neighbourhood traffic is one of the largest contributors to air pollution. We want to transform Arlen Hill into a healthier and safer place to live by reducing the amount of through traffic passing through our neighbourhoods.

This is why we have introduced four low traffic neighbourhoods in Arlen Hill, implemented on an experimental traffic order for 14 months, which commenced on 1st August 2023.

We are interested in hearing about what residents and passers through think about the low traffic neighbourhoods. We welcome views from everyone about what you like and what aspects you would like to change in order to decide whether or not we should make these measures permanent and introduce them to other areas.
